ACCOMODATIONS
Four options:
OPTION 1
RENT AN AUTHENTIC NOMADS TENT
Those tents are located at the Nomads Campground on the top of the Sand Dunes who offer a panoramic view of the whole desert. They are made to protect you from extreme hot temperatures, they are the authentic ones that the Nomads who live in the Sahara use. You will have access to the Wild Flower Aroma Plunge pool and to the designated private restroom of this campground.
The tents comes with a tea lounge, pillows, low table, a cooler bag, solar lanterns, a designated car parking space, a bonfire, sheets, blankets, towels and a portable shower (water limited). This sleeping experience is something really unique as you will live a total immersion as a Saharan Nomad and be able to enjoy a magical stargazing moment from your tent.
OPTION 2
Rent A Canvas Bell Tent
This is an amazing way to camp in style and comfort at the festival at the bottom of the sand dunes (only 3min walk from the main area of the festival). We will set you up in a beautifully decorated and furnished canvas bell tent. These come with an air mattress or a foam mattress with new clean super soft sheets and pillows, lanterns, rugs, and a portable camping shower.
OPTION 3
GENERAL CAMPGROUND
Located at the bottom of the sand dunes, the general campground is minutes walking to the main festival area. It’s a beautiful secluded area facing the dunes. Regular vehicles can access there and it comes with a car parking space. You will have to bring your own tent, van or RV and use the public restroom (a few minutes walking) if you don’t have your personal restroom.
TIP: If you don’t have camping equipment (tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad..) and you want to buy some just for the festival the website: REI.com allow you to purchase camping equipment and return them used (you will get full refund). They also have a store in Santa Monica CA. You just have get the free membership with them.
In case you don’t want to camp the closest city where you can get a hotel or an Airbnb is 30 min by car from Wild Nomads Festival.
