RULES & REGULATIONS
I read and accept to respect the rules & regulations of WILD NOMADS FESTIVAL below:
-Do not walk the day or the night on the sand dunes except the one who are 500 feet around the flag of the wild Nomads festival bounded by yellow and black tape on the top of the sand dunes (the flag of the camp is there for your safety to warning the sand dunes vehicle that humans are around 500 ft of the flag)
-Do not walk on the sand dunes the night around the flat without having a hard double sided red and white light or any kind of festival lights that you wear.
-do not invite or hangout with anyone who does not have the waistband member of wild nomads festival in the zone of 500ft surrounding the flag of our camp) if our security find out they will cut your waistband and will be evicted from the camp with no refund. Our security will dress like us so you will know who they are and if you get evicted they will show you security card identification of the official attendance of the camp.
-People who do not have tickets are allowed to visit our camp for 15min accompanied by one of our security guards. Do not hangout with them as they will not have the waistband member.
-Do not use illegal substance or drugs
-Do not use glass bottles or glass
-Do not let any trash
-Do not do your business on the sand dunes (use the public restroom if you are at the regular campground or the private ones if you have a VIP ticket)
-Do not remove your waistband during the whole festival if you give it to someone you will get evicted from the base camp of wild nomads and you will be on a black list for ever who will never allowed you to come at our future events (you can t lose your waistband as he will be squeeze but if for any reason you lose it the sanctions will be the same).
-Do not go to the VIP CAMPGROUND area at the top of the sand dunes if you didn’t rent an authentic nomads tent with us or if you are not with some who rent one of those tents (violation will result in your eviction from the Wild nomads camp).
-If you bring your own sand dunes vehicle do not use it without having a flag of 8ft minimum and the poles need to be lighted at night and your vehicle needs to have light. It's mandatory you will get arrested by the rangers and you will get a ticket if you do not respect that.
-If you want to join the base camp on the top of the sand dunes with your own sand dunes vehicle you will have to park your vehicle at parking of the base camp designated by little red flags
-The is a UTV complimentary Shuttle every 30 min from the parking at public campground Keyhole to our base camp of Wild Nomads on the top of the sand until midnight for your safety do not walk from the public campground and parking to the base camp of Wild Nomads on the top of the sand dunes to not get hit by sand dunes vehicles!
PEOPLE WHO PURCHASE “GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS WITHOUT RENTING A AUTHENTIC NOMADS TENT” will have to sleep at the MAIN CAMPGROUND a the bottom of the sand dunes and respect to not doing any bonfire (as they don’t have the permit), no fireworks, no loud music and noise between 10pm and 8am, no parties, no gas power generator on between 10pm and 8am, do not drain your black water on the sand or the street if you have a RV.
PEOPLE WHO PURCHASE “GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS AND RENT A AUTHENTIC NOMADS TENT” are allowed to sleep at the “VIP CAMPGROUND” on the top of the sand dunes and have and having a bonfire they are in the 500 feet flag zone of the camp as we get the a fire permit for that (wood is limited of all what you will provide you at your check in so you manage that and you will not getting refills!
Make sure to completely stop the bonfire with the sand if you leave your tent. Someone always needs to be next to the open fire. No parties noise or loud music as it’s allowed at the VIP CAMPGROUND.
REFUND POLICY
No refund even if hazardous extreme weather (sand storm, heat wave, wind storm).
___ I/WE AGREE NOT TO USE ANY DRUGS OF ANY KIND AT WILD NOMADS FESTIVAL AND
___ I AGREE THAT WILD NOMADS FESTIVAL IS A DRUG FREE ZONE.
___ I AGREE TO DRINK RESPONSIBLY IF I AM OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE.
___ I AGREE NOT TO DRINK, IF I AM UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.
___ I REPRESENT I AM OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
Lastly, I, for myself, my heirs, successors, executors, and subrogates,
hereby. KNOWINGLY A KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE,
INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, WILD NOMADS FESTIVAL, its directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, suits, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my
participation in this activity including, but not limited to, NEGLIGENCE of any kind or nature, whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising directly or indirectly out of any damage,
loss, injury, paralysis, or death to me or my property as a result of my engaging in
these activities or the use of these services, or equipment, whether such damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death results from negligence of WILD NOMADS FESTIVAL, or from some other cause. I, for myself, my heirs, my successors, executors, and subrogates, further agree not to sue WILD NOMADS FESTIVAL, as a result of any injury, paralysis, or death suffered in connection with my use and participation in the activities or events
available at WILD NOMADS FESTIVAL.
I/ HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION
OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS
TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS
BY SIGNING. I AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT I HAVE TO A JURY TRIAL AND
AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR WILD NOMADS FESTIVAL SHALL BE
DECIDED BY A JUDGE AND NOT A JURY AND THAT VENUE SHALL BE IN RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
I AGREE THAT I HAVE FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY
INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND
INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL
RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY
LAW.
A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSIDERED AN ORIGINAL
FOR ALL PURPOSES.
I REPRESENT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE
ABOVE TERMS AND THAT I AM COMPETENT AND NOT
INTOXICATED.
